We are looking for a Middleware SME / L2 Support Engineer with 3 years of experience to provide application and middleware support for critical business systems. The role will focus on troubleshooting production issues, supporting backend services and APIs, resolving incidents and working closely with engineering and DevOps teams. An AI-first approach to problem solving and automation is highly valued.

Provide L2 application and middleware support for production systems. Troubleshoot application, API, database and integration issues. Monitor application health and investigate incidents and performance problems. Work with NestJS, Python and Next.js based applications. Support PostgreSQL and MySQL databases for application troubleshooting. Analyze logs, identify root causes and coordinate with development and DevOps teams for permanent fixes. Support deployments and configuration changes. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive support activities using AI and automation tools. Maintain incident documentation, RCA and support procedures.

3 years of experience in application, middleware or L2 support. Strong understanding of NestJS, Python and Next.js. Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL. Experience with APIs, integrations, application troubleshooting and production support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with development and DevOps teams. An AI-first mindset with interest in using AI for troubleshooting and automation.
