We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support business-critical applications and production environments. The role will involve application monitoring, troubleshooting, basic database support and collaboration with DevOps and development teams to maintain reliable application operations.

Provide application support for production systems. Monitor application health and investigate incidents. Troubleshoot Linux, application and microservices issues. Support AWS-based application environments. Analyze application logs and identify root causes. Perform basic database administration and troubleshooting activities. Use shell scripting for basic operational automation. Support application deployments and configuration changes. Work with development and DevOps teams to resolve technical issues. Document incidents and resolutions. Develop a basic understanding of NestJS applications and architecture.

1–2 years of experience in application support, production support or a related technical role. Basic knowledge of DevOps, AWS and Linux. Understanding of microservices and shell scripting. Basic DBA/database troubleshooting knowledge. Basic understanding of NestJS is preferred. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and willingness to learn.
